A lift in your car, a repair, language lessons, a cake, the tools you never use. Whoever receives it pays you in credits.

Use your credits with anyone in the circle who offers what you need. Only members can see the listings.

The person charging shows a QR code and the person paying scans it. Both sign every exchange, and it works even offline.

Give before you get
Your balance starts at zero and cannot go negative at first. Your margin grows with what you give to others.
One credit is worth about one euro
It is only a reference for setting prices. Credits cannot be bought or exchanged for euros.
The common fund
2% of every exchange goes to a fund that helps those who cannot give, such as elderly or sick people. It does not go to whoever runs Soulkin.
By invitation
Whoever invites vouches for whoever joins. That way the circle grows among people who know each other.
No advertising
No fees for the platform, no advertising, no selling of data.
Frequently asked questions
What can I offer?
What you can do and what you have spare: time, help, lessons, repairs, home cooking, lifts, things, a spare room for a night. You set the price in credits.
Can I also ask for euros?
Yes, for out-of-pocket costs such as materials or fuel. The euro part is paid directly between people: Soulkin only records the credits.
Are credits money?
No. They are only created when someone gives something, they cannot be bought or exchanged for euros, and they give no rights outside the circle. Your balance tells how much you have given to others.
How do I join?
With an invitation from a member. If you do not know anyone, send a request: someone from the committee will get in touch to meet you.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Soulkin opens in the browser and can be added to your home screen. It also works on old phones, on a computer and offline.
What if I lose my phone?
When you join you get a backup code: with it you recover your account on another phone. There are no passwords we could recover for you, so keep it safe.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. There are no subscriptions and no platform fees.
Who sees my data?
Other members see the name you choose, your listings and your balance. Who trades with whom is known only to the two people involved. The details are in the privacy policy.
