Who runs Soulkin

The website soulkin.cc and the Soulkin service are run by Giordano Bruno, Via Torino 10, Settala (Italia).

The service

Soulkin lets the members of an exchange circle publish listings and record exchanges in credits. Exchanges take place directly between people: Soulkin is not a party to them and does not guarantee the quality of what is offered. Credits are not money: they cannot be bought, exchanged for euros or claimed outside the circle.

Reports and point of contact

To report illegal content or abuse, and for authorities, the point of contact under Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services is info@soulkin.cc. You can write to us in English, Spanish, Italian or French.

Members’ content

Whoever publishes a listing is responsible for it. When we receive a well-founded report we remove the content and tell the person who published it, explaining why and how to challenge the decision.

Technical providers

The servers are provided by Fly.io, Inc. (United States), with data centres in the European Union; the database by Aiven Oy (Finland), hosted in the European Union.

Applicable law

Italian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
